Frequently asked questions about pricing
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 7-day trial starts without a credit card. You only provide your payment details when you decide to subscribe after the trial.
How does the credit system work?
Every scan consumes credits according to a simple formula:
- 1 ASIN × 1 Keyword = 1 Credit
- 1 ASIN × 5 Keywords = 5 Credits
- Standard scan (ranking + badge) = 1 Credit
- Scan with Buybox check = 2 credits
- SmartSync™: Coco Alert + Buybox + Review at the same time = still only 2 credits
Tip: For daily routine the standard scan is usually sufficient. Activate the buybox or review check only for your most important top sellers.
How often does the Coco Alert scan automatically?
The scan frequency depends on your plan:
- Starter: Monthly
- Pro: Weekly or monthly
- Business: Daily, weekly or monthly
You can also define an individual target ranking for the Coco Alert, which is independent of your dashboard settings.
How far back does the ranking history go?
- Starter: No history – current status only
- Pro: Last 180 days
- Business: Unlimited – all data since the first scan
Note: History starts from the time of the first scan. Past Amazon data cannot be loaded retroactively.
How deep does Scrapy Coco search in Amazon results?
The scan depth determines up to which search results page we look for your product:
- Starter: Up to page 5
- Pro: Up to page 10
- Business: Up to page 20
A scan always costs the same number of credits – regardless of whether your product is found on page 1 or page 10.
How does the team feature work?
All team members work in real time on a shared data basis. Changes – new ASINs, groups or scans – are immediately visible to everyone, without delay.
- Starter: 1 user
- Pro: up to 3 users
- Business: up to 5 users
The monthly credit allowance applies to the entire organization – all team members draw from the same pool.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. All monthly plans can be cancelled monthly – with no minimum term and no hidden fees. You can manage your subscription at any time directly in settings under "Subscription & Billing".
Is there an upgrade/downgrade option?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. With an upgrade, the remaining amount for the current month is credited proportionally.
